15min EMERGENCY response time!Might aswell be dead

On Sunday the 11th October just after 12:00pm, a black Tazz with armed occupants stopped by my gate and jumped out the car. I immediately pressed my panic button, i waited for my phone to ring from ADT, i eventually had to phone them! I pressed 1 for emergency and got told i was going through to the control room. The african female said hello and when i told her i need a response vehicle she put the phone down on me!!! I phoned back asking where their response vehicle was as i was home alone with my 2 toddlers. Eventually 15 minutes later a response vehicle arrived. Do you know what armed men can do in 15 minutes?? My family could have been ***** and ******ed all because ADT doesnt know how to do their job properly. Have no idea what we are paying for every month because every time we need ADT they never arrive. We will be cancelling with ADT for the safety of my family!! Eventually the Police came to my aid and did a PROPER perimeter search, unlike ADT.
