My name is Gibson Majola I called ADT to ask what steps I needed to take to cancel, I was informed that I needed to submit an email and there would be a 30-day waiting period. I emailed them on April 2, 2022, informing them that I was done with their services. I'm terminating our business relationship. Nevertheless, they decided not to terminate my contract; instead, they only did so three months later. Now, they want me to pay for the months of April, May, and June even though I formally emailed them to let them know that I don't require their services. I keep phoning ADT in Bloemfontein and everytime ill be told we will phone head office and we will get to you and they never do. On the 28th December 2023 i phoned once more and the receptionist told me the something i will investigate and i will get back to you she never did today is even the 4th of January 2024. I don't know what to do anymore ADT is really untrusted
