Sick post of a friend of mine

Someone clearly very vindictive posted a **** ad of a very good friend of mine saying that she is interested and to contact her and as a result she has been receiving hundreds of phone calls and whatsapp messages from random disgusting guys. Can't believe that there is no easy way to have posts like these removed. I have already sent an anonymous reply to the poster of the add telling him/her to take it down but I am very annoyed and this has already caused a lot of annoyance. She has contacted Ads Africa but has received no response. In the meantime she has been getting hundreds of phone calls and is very irritated by the whole situation.
