Filthy ad posted

A add with ***ual contact was posted and my cell phone number was used as contact. I made a ******** case against the person who posted the add as well as against Ads Afrika. The problem I have is I've send them two e-mails and they refuse to respond back. What must I do to get a reaction from them?
