Who is PCI Debt Collectors

<p>According to PCI debt collectors they are working with ADRS that toke my account from MBD. To my surprise this PCI debt collectors are communicating through cellphone numbers. They do not have landlines and on top of that I have asked a detailed statement on my sold but upto date no one has come back to me with a positive feedback. They only thin I am getting from them is endless sms's that demand payment.</p>
