The worst service from the worst consultants at Adrs

I was handed over to Adrs ,they adviced me to pay an amount then they would sent me a paid up letter , I made the payment they said they will send me a paid up letter within 7 days , when i called to follow up on my paid up letter they told me to pay again , which i made payment again , according to me my account is paid up , they sent me messages to pay twice in one week, when i call each consult i speak to tells me a different story , there is no transperency , the one lad y told me she will refer to her team leader and her team leader will call me back up to today the team leader hasnt called me yet . They call hundred and 10 times which is so frustrating specially when im at work .Its even more frustrating knowing you dont owe them , when they want payment from you they pester you with calls and sms's , they use the same energy to provide us with paid up letters when our accounts are paid up, I dont appreciate their ways of working
