Staff with bad attitudes

This company needs to send their staff on a courtesy course and train them how to deal with customers. Alpheus tisane should not be allowed to deal with customers because he is arrogant. With all the bad reviews about this company all they have to say is "we will deal with the issue". I wonder if anything does actually get done to deal with the attitudes of the staff. They need to learn from the outsurance staff who know how to deal with customers in a professional manner
