Sick and tired

Hello Peter This company does the debt collection for the JD Group as you have read on my previous reviews about my situation with furlough etc. I have explained my situation to Marius who is one of their consultants via email and and Whatsapp but he never rep****. Now they sent threads that they are going to take further actions. So what must I do turn leaves into paper and print money with it. How many times must I explain my situation and still no one listens. I did not bring Covid 19 to South Africa or decided on lock down. I mean can't they think for themselves I have been a loyal customer up untill the pandemic. I do not have the money to pay my accounts at the moment what must I do.
