Settlement Letter Back and Forth

ADRS contacted me almost daily sending SMSs that I should pay off my Bradlows account. Sending SMSs that Alpheustisane8 will come to collect stuff. Now that I’ve settled the account and paid 10k there is an issue with the issuing of the settlement letter. There’s a back and forth now, wrote emails and WhatsApp messages that were never responded to. There’s a guy by the name of Hendrik who was in the process, now he says I should contact ADRS. I’ve been calling ADRS the whole week requesting for the letter. They escalated to Bradlows. I emailed Bradlows they also taking me back to ADRS. Surely sending a confirmation that an account is settled isn’t that difficult. One agent says 7 days one says 3 days. After seeing other reviews on this I am really concerned. The last agent I spoke to today promised to send me an email address I should email to n I will get a response. I’ m still waiting even now. Please fix this ASAP, it’s a headache
