Rude and Unhelpful Staff

Call Center staff is rude, they do not care if you already made arrangements with someone in their company and make you out as a **** as nobody made notes on their system. I pay every month but "i have not made arrangements" their client who handed the account over accepts the payments I make but the rude, unhelpful call center agents does not care, you even send them emails to proof arrangements has been made with their company but yet these call center agents demands more arrangements. They dont give a damn if you can afford it or not.
