Poor service
I contacted you a million times for my paid up letter with no help at all. I keep being transferred from one agent to another. Standard bank has sent you my letter on the 20th. 7 days later I still have not received my letter. I believe they made a huge mistake by hiring you as their collection agency.

29 Jan 2021, 11:37I am not sure if you are a real company or *****. Since I paid you on the 9th and even today you cant see it on your system. Standard bank even called me today to say I still owe them. I will be opening a ***** case because Im not sure whats going on between you and standard bank so you can be investigated. A million times i requested to speak to the manager but it seems like there isn't one in your company. Which company runs without a manager. People please do not be de*****ed by these people. Or atleast never pay your money to them.
