Piece of ****!!

My account was removed and blocked by them even though i brought the account up to date.I haven't received any email regarding this nor have j received a phone call from either ADRS or Hi-Fi corp this is extremely frustrating as I've paid over 13k and didn't even know that the account was handed over no communication whatsoever
