Paid Up Letter

I'm unhappy with how my matter is being handled by the company (ADRS). They are providing me with plenty of excuses which have nothing to do me getting my "paid up letter". I have been in communication with Kyle and Sanet... whom are just giving me a run around everytime i call or email. My experience with them is/has been unpleasant and i have ran out of patience. FRUSTRATED CLIENT!!!
