No Paid up letter
So everybody is complaining about not receiving their "paid up" letter from you guys?
Hopefully after I phone today you guys will have a very detailed or specific answer, not that I'm banking on it of course. My account was not even updated, the girl i spoke to didn't even know where to "hide" when speaking to me as my details were not updated correctly. Either that or maybe she was just trying to make a call quota for the day, probably the latter.
The girl wanted me to pay extra on an account I already settled 5 days prior to her call, talk about being professional.
Anyway I will await your copy and paste answer for Hello Peter and then call you guys later, as I am yet to receive another call from you people.
