I need my paid up letter

My account was handed over to Adrs and I made arrangements with a guy called Tsepo to pay off my debt but I made it very clear to him that I was willing to pay it off all at once if I got the paid up letter as soon as possible. Under false pretence I went and used my whole salary to pay off that debt, I still haven't received my paid up letter and I paid last week. If I had known it was going to take this long I would have made another arrangement to pay off that balance not use my whole salary. I'm stranded now with no money and where I can get a loan(work) they need the paid up letter I don't have. Now I'm the ****.

Don't lie to people to get what you want. It's very unprofessional and cruel. On top of that the same guy who **** to me won't take my calls now.
