I have received a warm call from a lady named Marienne Small from ADRS,thus she apologised for the telephonic incident between me and their agent and I accepted the apology and now we have a common understanding. I thank her for the courtesy effort and true leadership skills. Also I believe that her positive action will be extended to other frustrated consumers.
