harressememt at 5am by a debt collector

This morning at around 5am we were woken up by a harsh knock at our front door, a knock as those we were ********. A knock that woke up everybody in the house. This man came in looking for my mother at that time to say that he's here to make an arragment for her to make monthly payments to Foschini. As we were all confused at this time as we just woke up, he was using a very harsh voice towards my mom, demanding that she confirms when she'll be making payments and how much, when she tried to explain that she's unemployed and supported by me, he didn't want to hear any of that. I was disgusted at the fact that this huge man was standing looking down on my mom, pressuring her and using a disrespectful tone. He was forcing her to sign the papers he had with, while my mom is busy signing, he wants to take a picture of my mother. I decided to step in and tell him not to even think of taking a picture of my mother without her consent. After I said that, with an arrogant voice he said to us, well I've been filming this whole conversation. He didn't ask my mom for her consent to be filmed while he harresses my mother while he's there to make payment arragment. I need assistance and to be advised if this is how debt collectors work. Visit people before 8am, take videos without consent and harress people without making any contact. I'm concerned because my mother is a depression patient and after that man left she broke down in tears cause she was scared, this man could see that she was terrified that's why he decided to disrespect her.
