DEBT MANAGEMENT / AS TOLD TO ANDRE VISSER, I'VE PAID UP LAST YEAR AND EVEN SENT HIM PROOF: HIS ARGUMENT WAS THAT THE PAYMENTS WEREN'T MADE ON HIS WATCH. WHAT DO I DO NOW? I'VE PAID BUT I AM CONSTANTLY HARASSED.
