Disappointed in ADRS.

Adrs contacted me regarding my WONGA settlement amount, I accepted the offer and then a debit order went through successfully. Now I try to contact them even tried emailing them,with no replies at hand. They're gonna have to pay Wonga back if they didn't make sure that it reaches them.
