Debts settlement letter.

Hello Peter, I have been in contact with ADRS because I was handed over to them for Atlas finance debts and we made and arrangement and agreed on an installment, afterwards paying maybe for 2 consecutive months I received tons of calls to tell me I qualified for a 50%discount on what was left and I made an agreement with them that should I pay this debts of on 50%discount we will be done then ohk they debited the amount agreed on when I got paid.

Now my problem is that they now unreachable whereas my banking details are still exposed to them, I have not received a settlement letter as agreed upon when they called me and I'm panicking since they have access to my banking account, I have tried reaching them on calls and emails to no avail.

Please help me get my settlement letter from them.
