bad service
I had a debt with a certain company and I was sent for collection by this company with ADRS, in July I asked them for a settlement quote which they did send and I paid immediately when I got the letter of demand. until now I haven't received my settlement letter and to make things worse, they keep sending me statements saying I'm on arrears.
