Bad service

This company is bad. It is either known to me as ADR Debt solutions, Secure Debt counselling solutions and on my debit statement its Corex ss In my opinion they are ****mers. They promised me something and failed to deliver. I asked for my refund they refused. I would not recommend anyone to work with them. They are juat bad people. They told me that their sales and reception team gave me wrong information about their fees,is that my fault? Unfortunately I was referred to them by someone, I told her to nevwr refer people to this company.
