Can I please have a paid up letter.
Last week I contacted you through Bradlows branch they said there's a balance on their side but I paid a settlement amount you gave me.
Please clear that balance as it accumulate interest I don't want that to tint my profile in future I have settled you and sent proof of payment.
Please clear and provide with paid up letter.
