ADRs treats consumers like trash

I have a bradlaws account that I haven’t been paying but have been making arrangements to do so as I have been facing financial challenges for the past few months,a man called alpheus Tisane called me and made all kind of threats saying I’m sick in my head and his boss that speak Afrikaans so rude demanding that I pay 6000 or they come and reposes my good what right to I have as a consumer cause they didn’t try to make arrangements with me just jumped to threats and collection of goods where can I complain about them cause I’m so stressed I’ve never been so disrespected like this in my life
