Adrs is useless

To Mashudu and Kedibone you have drastically failed me as a client, i received a call last month saying that i have not been making any payments on my account and with proof i have which i even sent them proof of payments and i was told they will fix this issue and i advised them that it is also affecting my credit score and i was told they will fix this but no one has been assisting me they just went on mute ive also asked previous consultants to share my statement which they've all failed i am highly disappointed in this company and urgently need help on this as i cant take it anymore
