ADRS dept collectors

Good Day.....ive got a huge problem with the company of ADRS dept collectors. I've made arrangements to pay R500 every month which I've done but due to the pandemic the country is facing I was on of the individual who was affected financially. But I've tried my best because I've only missed one payment . Then was called on the 14th of September 2020 to make payment as usual Month end of September. Which I didnt have a problem at all. Now today on the 16th of September 2020 I'm called by a very rude ill mannered individual from ADRS dept collectors by the name of Alphius claiming that my arrangement of R500 has been declined and they they coming to collect my furniture ASAP or I must pay now! Im sure this is ******* on so many levels. Please help me. This guy swore me and was shouting as if im a ********....and this isnt the first incident with this ill mannered individual
