Zero interest in issues, but don't want bad press

I signed up for admyt, but the first time I tried to use it, it didn't work, so I posted on their Facebook page (as others had done). They eventually responded there had been "connectivity/power problem". Well, the next time I tried (different day of the week, different shopping centre), it still didn't work. So I posted a response to their reply telling them so. When I checked back for a response, my post had been deleted! So I posted again. And they deleted it again. And again. Eventually, in frustration, I emailed them. This was their response (comments in parentheses are mine, after the fact): "We're sorry you had a bad experience. (Clearly not, because they have made no attempt to address it, such as asking for further information eg where/when it happened) "We did respond to your initial query, but you decided to post on social media rather than seek a resolution, and you've clearly made up your mind about who we are and what our problems are. (Yes, I posted on social media, because that's usually the quickest way to get an answer. It is more difficult when the company switches off posting to their page and then deletes everything people post. Since it was only my second experience, I hadn't made up my mind yet; I thought I'd give them a chance to respond. But yes, I've definitely made my mind up now - absolutely no interest in customer service whatsoever).

"admyt is both free and optional... and we respond to everyone within 24 hours. (Deleting a social media post is not a response!)

"If you're unsatisfied (and we're really sorry you are) then you can always choose to close your account. We hate to see people go but let us know and we will disable your account?" (No, they clearly aren't "really sorry", because then they'd try do something about it. Also note that they merely offer to "disable" the account, not delete it. This is so they can continue to use your personal data, in contravention of the Protection of Personal Information Act. Even after I pointed this out to them, I still had to remind them that I had specifically instructed them to delete my data in accordance with my rights under the law. They haven't confirmed this at the time of posting, but I will take it further if they don't).
