Bad service

I have the admyt app , I was dropped off at the waterfront this morning at 7.52 the car went out at 7.53 . As I am typing this I am at home and my app is still deducting as if my car is in the parking bay. I have been trying to cancel or deactivate and nothing is working Parking amount already at R70 and still ticking down. Called all the parking numbers at the Waterfront no help . Emailed admyt there url is down what pathetic service. Advert say you will love it... I want my money back
