The wait was a bit frustrating but l got my package in good condition

I brought shoes from them which came in a very neat condition but my problem however was with their courier partner 'courier-it SA' , when l was tracking my package it was saying it's out on delivery cause initial it was meant to be delivered on 27 jun n on their website it said that also, the day of delivery came something no comms or what so ever, the next day still nothing also, l waited still monday still nothing when you call their customer service their tose you around l think addias should do away with them or their just need to improve their communication skills thank you🙏
