Adidas online ****

Bought 2 soccer jerseys Juventus & ****nal online on the 7th of March 2025, they were then delivered by courier a few days later. Upon inspection I found that the Juventus jersey didn't have the team badge or Adidas emblem sown on.. I logged a return on the 11th of March & they contacted me by email on the 14th apologizing & giving me a reference number for the return with a promise of 2-14 working days. The 14 days expired & they sent me another reference...

Since then up until today (22 April 2025) the return has not been collected. Several emails back & forth there's still nothing I can do. I even went to the store they told me to return it online.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AT THIS POINT.
