PHONE REPAIRS TAKING ALMOST A MONTH

<p>I have a Samsung S7 which was logged as a repair by ADH Premium. The courier company collected the phone from on the 29th of December 2016. Now, countless phone calls later, still no feedback as to when my phone will be done. When I phone the call centre, they just tell me that they are waiting for parts from Samsung. Surely waiting 3 weeks for parts for a brand new phone is ridiculous!!!</p>
