Late Collection Of My Phone

I did lock a call at ADH on the 21st September for collection to be repaired the lady told me she recommend it that I should backup my phone an format it and remove my sim, I did what was ask of me late that night and did make sure the phone was at the address and ready for collection. This mean that I don't have a phone and that I will have a loan device the next day. I did phone them today to find out if they are still going to pick up my phone today and the lady told me there is a delay in the collection of my phone, normally I wouldn't have issues if things are delayed. I work at a mine and need a phone and I am a standby worker I can't go without a phone then the lady ask me can't I borrow a phone from somebody, I actually did and guess what I have a nano sim and the phone is not supported with a nano sim and I can't barrow another one that will work with my sim because this is a small town I live in and the other nearest town is 60 kilometres from my town. This is a big issue for me because I did arrange with my work that I will have a phone that is working by the 22th of September and now that won't be possible.
