I Feel like I'm being taken for a ride!!!!!

The screen on my Samsung Note was replaced by Adh towards the end of last year. At the time I was very happy with the service. However i just called to use the second of my screen replacements only to be told that both of my repairs were used during the first repair of the phone.<br> The lady at the call center told me that as well as a screen being replaced a speaker was replaced as well. Now i was never told about a speaker being replaced and nowhere on any of the paperwork i was supp**** with mentions anything about a speaker being replaced.<br> The speaker was in good working order when the phone was taken for repairs. <br>
