When I bought my Samsung S7 edge, I was told by MTN consultant that my first screen repair was for free, but I have to register with ADH. I told them that I am registered, i must just download the app on my new phone, which I did and I logged in. i cant remeber that there was any indication that it expired sometime! i was registered and "covered" should anything happen with the screen. all my life ive had Samsung phones! never ever did any of my phones fall and break. the thing with the S7 edge is you can either put a glass protector or a "back cover". not both. because of the screen edging, the back cover and the glass screen protector pushes against each other causing the screen protector to lift from the screen. YES ive tried everything to protect my brand new phone. after alot of frustration i bought a normal screen protector and a back cover (which cost me a few hundrud rands!) i was very dissappointed and for the first time really unhappy with my choice of phone. then it fell and the screen cracked. immediately i locked into ADH. a big red cross and "Expired" appeared on the screen. after many emails and pleads they just say: "Sorry it expired" why dont they send a notification that it will expire. my phone is 5 months old!!!!! i am very disgusted and dissappointed and I will never ever buy a samsung again. why do they tell people the first screen repair is free? no one informs you that your ADH sign up expires after some time!!!!
