2 months later unhappy horrible service horrible repairing of note 5

<p>I booked the phone in on the 3th January they picked the phone up on the 4th January. They could not provide replacement phone. A month later they phoned me to tell me that the repair is taking longer and that they are sending me a replacement phone and there it comes a note 4 the S pen does not work the phones screen is very lose and the phone is badly scratched I immediately phoned and statted that i will not take full responsibility for if any thing happens with the phone. they told me that they will send me another replacement phone they could not deliver and told me that i can keep the phone in the mean time and i will not be hold responsible. So on the 3th of March i received my note 5 back great the screen is replace but in the one corner the screen is not propley stuck and the home button is more damaged as what i gave it to them. wow thanks for fixing it for free i do appreciate but not good service or repairing...</p>
