WHAT THE ******

I reported my phone on Monday 21st at 8am with a damaged screen. Reference number ***,268705. I was promised a loan phone today Thursday 24th March when they collected my phone.<br> <br> It is now 3:43pm and no sign of my phone being collected. I called ADH PREMIUM. The lady tells me her system tells her they are waiting for a loan phone. Fair enough!!!!! <br> <br> Why couldn't they call me and tell me this!!!!!!<br> <br> I waited the whole day for the collection!!!!!<br> <br> NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!!! NOW I MUST WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY !!!!!<br> <br> TOTAL ***
