THIS SERVICE SUCKS!!!

i have called and booked my phone for repairs and was told that delivery of a loan phone will be delivered and collection of my phone will be made on the 06/04/2016, sinch then i had called numerous times and also left numerous messages for a manager to call me or for an update but i did not receive a response, my phone has still not been picked up 1 week later, this service is terrible
