Poor poor service

<p>My phone was sent for repairs at AHD. Firstly they could provide a loan phone as they did not have any available. Secondly they did not have spares for my phone and the first week went by. Thirdly they are taking more than a week to dispatch my phone back to me. This very poor and does not conform to the promise they make .</p>
