HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE

I sent in my galaxy s6 for a screen repair, it was a hassel getting them to pick it up, but eventually they did. My phone came back and it was fixed, i was so excited i literally jumped for joy and started kissing it. My excitement was cut short when i noticed the nasty scratches on the side of my phone. It looked like a phone that has been through hell and back. I told ADH that i didn't provide them my phone it that condition. The reason why i bought a cover for the phone was so that it doesn't get any scratches. They said they don't have loan phones at the moment, which is an excuse they always use lately. The i said i don't actually need a loan phone, they should just come pick up the device and fix it. They picked it up after a couple of days. They then came back to me and told me they have to quote me to fix my phone, apparently "the phone had the scratches when they were fixing it". Which was the biggest fat lie ever, why would i waste my time querying the scratches if i know very well that i caused those scratches, it doesn't make sense. I told them to bring my device back and now i have to wait a whole week just to get my unfixed device from them, how great is that. This is what i call a *******. I will never in my life recommend anyone to make use of ADH. They fix one problem and make another, just so that you can come back to them, then they wana quote you. This is BULL.
