horrible service and loan phone not working

<p>I called samsung ADH on 16 January 2017 to book my phone in for a screen repair, i understood that it will take some time for them to allocate a loan phone to me wich wash no problem, they then eventualy allocated a loan phone top me on 21 February 2017, then i put my sim card into the loan phone, and guess what it does not read any sim card , i phoned them that same day, and they said they will send me a new loan device the next day, phoned them every day from there and they still do not have a loan phone for me, how do you expect me to sit without a phone for 2 weeks? if i knew this is the **** service you supply regarding loan phones i would have sent my phone without getting a loan device, please i need someone to please assist me ASAP as i need a phone. </p>
