Best Service in a long time

<p>My brand new Samsung S7 fell from knee height and cracked the screen and rear cover.</p> <p>I downloaded the app, updated my details, and on Monday the 10th October I innitiated the process to have the phone fixed, today the 19th October I recieved my phone fixed at no charge.</p> <p> </p> <p>The phone was picked up from me, and delivered back to me, no hassle no driving to a shop, nothing.</p> <p>During the process I was always kept in the loop, be it through e-mail or sms.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really happy with the service offered, and pleasantly supprised that such service still exist in the new South Africa.</p>
