Adh premium is nonsense

<p>I had cracked my s5 screen and I needed it repaired . When I logged into the adh premium app it did not match the username they had on the system . How is this when I still have a screenshot of the day I registered on adh with my end warranty details. I contacted the customer care line and the consultant did not pick up my profile using my cell number or my imei number , she then said the warranty is out of date . But how can that be when I cracked my screen within the 24 months of the warranty? </p>
