Worst after sales by unprofessional people

<div>A couple off months ago we purchased a number off generators from Addendoff Pmb we found that the exhaust are very cheaply made but that is not serious as we sorted that out my problem is I took one back to PMB as fuel was leaking from the air cleaner Pls Note the machine was working when I took it out off use once their I asked their mechanic to also do a service on the machine while he is sorting out the leak . Well that was the start of the nightmare it was one problem after the next . Mechanic tells me one thing and a sales guy named ***** gives anather thes two not realising I work on 300KVA genenerators for a living with over 30 Years experience the ******* they told me was unbelievable and incomprehensible . I then spoke to the manager named ***** , well no help from his side only to say he will send the machine out . It was never done except a call from ****** to as must he send the machine out . So all this time no communication if I did not follow up . It’s been days now and I called a guy buy the name of ***** , well this guy spoke the appropriate language , but it was found that their was a totally different problem . He said he would make contact with ***** etc . Then the next story came he was told by ***** I must pay half the costs of the repairs and he would contact me but to no avail again if I didn’t contact **** I would not have know . So here is the crux of this story unqualified people work on a machine for a minor oil leak a salesman that has know knowledge of his company equipment and a mananager who just passes the buck it’s also good to know the machine has 37 hours production . I’ve surpported addendoffs for many years either by my purches or threw my electrical surpliers</div>
