Very poor customer service.
worst customer service from them, purchased a Torque Wrench from them and with in the warranted period the lock/unlock broke. i took it in to them and they booked it into the repair center (18B023139) on the 17/07/2023 and as of now i still have not gotten any sort of satisfaction from them regarding the torque wrench. I have also tried numerously to get hold of then to complain about this but phone is always drops when transferred. please don,t bother supporting there business as they only care about money and not their customers.
