Unfriendly service
The personnel at different branches are all as unfriendly AF!! After referencing their website and not being able to acquire the detail that I needed, I called to ask for dimensions on the product. The salesman very rudely and reluctantly gave estimated dimensions. (This is true for two branches in different provinces) Their service appears to be just as **** as their products.

25 May 2020, 13:41This happened so long ago that I can't even remember which branch in Gauteng I called. The other branch that I called was the one in Pietermaritzburg. I have physically been to several of the branches and, generally, the staff are not very helpful or friendly.
The items that I was looking for were acquired from a completely different supply chain.
