Unacceptable/ unproffesional and undermining people

I bought a generator from Adendorff centurion last year and only started using it this year, On the 10/07 the generator didnt want to start which i then called them advised me to bring it to them. I took my generator there yesterday 19/07. the guy by the name of Chris helped which he was so good and he told me the machine need to be serviced after 50hours which i then told him mine didnt even run 1/2 of that and he told me the will give me a call and let me know what is wrong with the generator and advise how much it will cost me before they do anything with it. Then at around 15h56 i received a call letting me know my generator is ready i can collect it, For my suprised when i get there i was told i need to pay R595.00 because they serviced the generator then it was an argument like how do they service a new generator which was only used for 10 to 12 hours. and ask why they didnt call me as promised before they go ahead with the service, I then ask Chris who then spoke to his superior by the name of Andrew Wagner which he was so route and unhelpful he immediately told the technician to remove all the service parts he used including the oil and give me my machine broken as it was, I was so shocked and told him but this is your product how can u send me back home with you product i bought from you un fixed, He didnt want to listen to me and kept on blaming and how i have to pay the R595.00 or other wise the technician have to remove all the service part including the oil. Adendorff is not the place to buy from if they treat their client like piece of Shi.... I felt so disappointed and regret why did i buy from them. I took my generator back to them because it was not starting and i bought it last year and it is still under the warrantee and didnt ask for a service. And why service the new generator still doesnt make since looks like they are on money making scheme.
