They do not do what they promise to do

<div>Very bad service. They do not do what they promise to do. I went there looking for a part for a lathe. The did not have and **** said he will order it. He also said that it will take about a week. I have phoned several times and every time the story is next week, and then again next week. Last week I eventually phoned them again and asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me that the order will only come on Friday ( this was last week Friday 05/05/2023 ) and to date I have not received any thing or heard anything from them. Even the manager does not know what is going on and clearly does not care to provide good service. All and all this has been going on for a month. Whether or not **** actually ordered the specific parts I will never know. Although he promised to call me to let me know what is happening and when the part arrives, he never bothered. Nobody seems to know what is going on there. How can it take so long to order a part????? This is totally unacceptable. Nobody even lets you know what is happening and when the part will arrive. It is shocking that nobody know what is going on. Very bad service. I can't imagine that any business' would want to treat there customers in this manner. I can't be that difficult to order a part and to let the customer know that the part is here.</div>
