The attitude is a poor as the products quality

So I purchased a Powerplus high quality angle grinder from Adendorfs. The machine packed up with in few days, went back Exchanged. The new machine packed up within a few days, needless to say I went back. The salesman informed me that they no longer sell this make because of poor quality and that I could get a refund or pay in a bit more for a different machine as an exchange which I was willing to do. The Manager however had such a bad attitude, did not want to exchange the machine and whilst I was still talking to him just turned around and walked away. He could not be bothered by assisting me in any way.
