Terrible service
I bought a battery charger on 11/01/16 ,returned the battery charger on 15/02/16 because it's not charging the battery's,today 02/03/16 I called to find out if my charger is back,they advised me that it was only sent on Monday because that is when they received a truck and will only be coming back in 2 weeks time,that gives you more than a month waiting for a charger that's a month old.....I asked the guy (I think Chris)to speed it up by courier the charger he was very unhelpful and just tell me I must wait for the next truck.....so my business must stand still for more than a month for a bad quality product????<br> <br> Really this is unacceptable and will never but from Adendorff again,no customer service

Upon investigating the matter we found that the charger was still in full working condition. We have had similar situations such as this where the charger could have been used on a battery containing dead cells, which would make it seem as though the charger is faulty.
We have arranged that the charger is returned to our WITBANK branch where we have taken responsibility for the courier costs and it should be with the branch today.
