Was absolutely upset that my production had to stop as a result of a Tig welding machine breakdown. Upon approaching the edenvale store and being introduced to the store manager Gilbert Leputu, his overall demeanour, professionalism, smile and willingness to listen and understand was subtly comforting and calming. He instantly replaced my machine with another brand new unit. He went beyond to reta8n me and as a customer and moreover , I would continue to purchase from Adendorf, more specifically from Gilbert.
